IMPORTANT:  If you, a loved one, or a friend has a pacemaker, inform me of this at the                                          time of order. I will replace the magnetic clasp with a toggle clasp. MAGNETIC CLASPS SHOULD NOT BE WORN NEAR ANYONE WITH A PACEMAKER.

1. Select:         the item(s) to purchase, or the item(s) you found you want me to simulate.

2. Measure:     measure your wrist and add ½ inch if you like just a bit of room and 1 inch if                          you prefer your bracelet with more wiggle room. For necklaces and earrings                            use a cloth or dressmaker’s measuring tape.

3. E-mail Me:    with the item number(s) you wish to purchase or a picture of that to be                                               created from another source.

4. Wait:            for me to create your new custom handmade jewelry. This may take anywhere                                               from 1 day to 1 week or more if I need to order the beads/stones/pearls you                                               select and dependent upon current commitments.

5. Notification:  will be sent to you via e-mail when your item(s) is/are ready to be shipped. I                                               will attach a picture of your new jewelry for final approval from you.

6. An invoice:     will be sent to you by me via PayPal. Check it for accuracy. If everything is                                                correct, follow the instructions to make a payment.

7. Payment:      is expected upon your final approval via PayPal and prior to shipping.

 

PayPal

In an effort to keep prices as low as possible, only PayPal is accepted as payment. It is quick

and easy to use, and free to use for buyers such as you. If you already have a PayPal account,

then you know what to do. If you do not have one, you can pay with your credit or debit card

through the PayPal system without creating an account; simply indicate that you are a guest.

Because the seller (that’s me) never receives your credit or debit card information, it is more

secure than any other method of payment. If a refund is required, you will receive your refund

through the PayPal system.

                                            ORDERING CHECKLIST

1. Select the jewelry item(s) you want to order or find the picture or web page of that to be     custom created. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ITEM NUMBER(S) READY BEFORE E-MAILING.

2. Measure the length of the necklace, bracelet, and/or earrings you desire.

3. E-mail me with the item number(s), picture, or web page of the jewelry you want.

4. Wait for me to design, create, or make your custom handmade jewelry.

5. I will e-mail you with a picture of the finished jewelry for your final approval.

6. Once you have given your final approval, use the link to PayPal in the invoice e-mail .

7. I will ship your new custom made jewelry to you via USPS Priority Mail and I will include the     tracking number furnished by the US Postal Service in a shipping confirmation e-mail.

8. Once you receive your new jewelry, please let me know via e-mail if you are happy with the     piece(s) you ordered. Try on the jewelry. If you are completely satisfied, the sale is final     and I am happy that I was able to make you feel special by creating jewelry made just for     you.

If you are completely satisfied with your jewelry, please tell your friends and family about me.

CAUTION:  remember when ordering a bracelet or necklace with a magnetic clasp to be sure                  not to allow physical contact between the clasp and any device with a hard drive or card with a magnetic strip. Damage may result. Do not place your jewelry in your purse next to your credit/debit cards or your cell phone.
